In 2025 alone our programs created 95 jobs across 60 villages: cattle feeders, cooks, seamstresses, teachers and builders, most of them women.

Our cattle farmers earn 2.5 times the salary of peers with the same experience, and keep a share of the profit at the end of every cycle.
